Jane Cross is the person you want in your corner when buying a home. We had been looking for a home for over a year and Jane stuck with us the entire time. Jane is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process and will also willingly spread her knowledge to you as a client. I never felt like I was being rushed into purchasing a home while working with Jane. Jane is also extremely responsive as she will answer the phone or respond to a text message at anytime. This was our first home buying experience so we were initially overwhelmed and had very little knowledge of the entire process. John Casella from the Homes by Cross Team helped us every step of the way and we were soon very comfortable. John sent us a ton of listings that matched our criteria and always made himself available to view houses at times that worked with our schedule, several on short notice. I worked with John Casella and my experience of home buying was really great. I was the first time home buyer and very nervous to start with on the entire process. John stood by me throughout the process. John was extremely responsive at all times (I mean it) of day and night, including week ends and other holidays. I was really pleased with responsiveness. Even at the closing table, John supported me as the seller didn't clean house, per contract, and made sure that by that evening house was clean. John is very good in keeping up with his words. Even after couple of weeks of closing home, John took care of minor repair work for me, as promised by him earlier. I am really pleased working with John and definitely recommend John to others.
