John Casella is a terrific agent and we are really glad that we chose to partner with him. After speaking with a number of agents we chose to work with John because of his vast background in business. Any real estate agent can open a door. But as we looked at homes John was quick to point out things that we may have overlooked such as the direction of the sun at certain times of the day and traffic patterns in the neighborhoods we were exploring. While we were focused on the home, John was helping to point out the little things that we might have otherwise overlooked, and regretted after we moved in. In our case, John's real value came to the forefront as we got into contract negotiations. We settled on a new home and John helped us through the contracts portion, insuring we were financially protected should something happen. Since our current home had sold we were working under some time constraints. As time went on it became apparent the builder was not going to be able to deliver the home in the timeframe we needed. John helped us to unwind that contract, insuring we were financially protected, and find a different home that another builder was able to deliver based on our schedule. And John was able to leverage the two homes to obtain a price that really surprised us. John's experience helped to guide us through the process and take a lot of the stress out of a very stressful situation. Having moved 14 times we thought we had seen it all. But the situations we encountered this time were new to us and John's expertise proved to be much greater than we ever imagined we would need. We are incredibly happy that we chose to partner with John.

John Casella is a super agent. I mean like Super Man, John is a Super Agent. He goes above and beyond just showing you houses. There is a ton of information on the web that you can access on your own without using an agent. John helps by giving insight on those listings that you'd never know about (property condition, flaws, history, reasons why they are not selling, etc.). It helped us narrow down to the property we eventually bought and saved time bypassing properties that had issues. John is very patient and took the time to understand our needs and the difference between what I wanted and what the wife wanted. We wound up compromising. Wife got exactly what she wanted, and I wound up happy because she did. Being an out of town buyer, John made the airport runs, took care of things when I could not be there, met the inspectors, lined up the contractors, and negotiated the concessions we needed to make the deal work. John started out as our Realtor and ended up being a friend. He will represent you well.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with the assistance of John Casella and the Homes By Cross Team. We were not sure we were ready to purchase and I contacted John simply by stumbling across their website. I called just to ask a question about one of their listing that I saw online. I usually don't use businesses that I have not fully researched but when I called, John answered and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating that I felt comfortable having him show us a few properties. I told him that we were not ready to buy for at least 6 months. John never pressured us, knew when to offer his opinion and when to step back to allow us time to consider what was best for our family. When it came time to negotiations, John was spot on with his recommendations and I feel certain that had he not been there, we could very well have had a different outcome than the wonderful one we had.
