If you are thinking of moving to the Waxhaw/Charlotte area I would highly recommend John Casella. I moved from the NY area and he related well with me as he was from the northeast. What I enjoyed the most is he was not a typical pushy realtor like I was used to coming from the northeast. I started coming down about 6 months before I moved and spent literally days with John looking at homes.
