I hired Jane to help my 85 year old father sell his house. At 85, my father was anxious about the process, didn't understand modern technology and wasn't about to be patient in waiting for the house to sell. After interviewing another friend who is a successful realtor in the area and getting a recommended listing price that was unsatisfactory (although he told me it was just above the high end of the likely range), I asked Jane her opinions. After visiting the house and without any prompting from me, Jane recommended we list the house for approximately 6.5% more than the other realtor and told me that with her aggressive marketing and considering the local market dynamics we should get close to that amount and get it quickly. While I doubted her advice, I was hopeful that at that offering price I could keep my father patient enough to try it. Bottom line - we had an offer on the house within 1 day of listing and a contract with 72 hours at 99% of the listing price. The deal closed in 45 days. Needless to say, my father and I were thrilled. Jane does a great job using technology to get your house seen and aggressively markets your house will tremendous knowledge of the local housing market. My father and I highly recommend her.

I began my home search in October. I saw a home I was interested in and John took me to see it as well as other options he thought I might like. I was going through a separation which was not amicable and ended up hindering my ability to purchase when I wanted. John hung in there with me. I had settled on a home that was perfect for me and my daughters. I ended up under contract with the house but continued to run into obstacles due to my separation. He helped me get through it and never quit working to help us get the home. That included endless dealings and headaches with the bank. I wasn't trying to purchase a high end home but John always made us feel like a priority and went out of his way to put as little on my plate as possible.
