The 4-acre First Ward Park opened in late 2015, across the street from ImaginOn Children’s Theater, the main Charlotte City Library and the 7th Street Public Market. Levine Properties has 24 acres of land between the Garden District and North Tryon Street that it is developing. For travel, access to Charlotte's LYNX Blue Line light rail is at it's 9th Street Station, and I-77 and I-85 are within easy reach.
