For Golfers, TPC Piper Glen ONE (Optimal Network Experiences) offers three categories of memberships, each with some unique ways to take the membership to a new level. 

The Arnold Palmer 18 hole championship course at Piper Glen is unique to the area. The course blends graciously into the community's rolling hills, showcasing the multiple lakes, towering trees and rock outcroppings that make Piper Glen so visually appealing.  

To top things off, it has an award-winning Golf Shop-“Golf Operation of the Year”. Piper Glen service locker rooms with club storage (and club repair) facilities are also on site.

Tennis

Piper Glen tennis enthusiasts also have a Tennis Shop on site. Piper Glen has eight lighted clay courts extending play well into the evening hours. Tennis Pro's are available for both private and group lessons. Men's, women's and mixed double leagues are also in play. 

Swimming

The Junior Olympic sized swimming pool offers a splash pad area along with pool side service and two outdoor lounges.

For childcare, Piper Glen Kid’z Club, is located in the main Club House building. Kid'z Club provides a child care service environment where children can play while parents participate in activities on the property. This service requires the purchase of the Kid'z Club card.

The Ninth at Piper Glen offers three level townhomes rich with style, some overlooking the greens and the clubhouse. The average size for these townhomes is between 2,000 and 2400 heated square feet with prices starting around $500K.

Greenhurst at Piper Glen offer full brick patio homes with approximately 1200-1500 heated square feet. The home owner dues in this area covers trash, water/sewer, outside maintenance/insurance, lawn care including grass mowing, the upkeep of the common areas, pool, clubhouse, and an exercise room. This is a gated community with 24 hour security.

Carriage Homes at Keswick in Piper Glen Beautiful townhomes with 3000-4500 heated square feet located within walking distance of The Shoppes at Piper Glen and Trader Joe's. These are rarely available for sale.

The Greens at Piper Glen offering large luxurious homes on compact lots, with lawn and landscape maintenance provided by the HOA. These are usually about 3,000-4000 heated square feet, many with master bedrooms on the main floor. This area is gated.

The location of the Piper Glen Country Club is quite convenient. Just minutes from I-485 three shopping centers-Stonecrest, The Promenade and The Ballantyne Village with the Southpark less than 15 minutes away. Uptown Charlotte can be reached in less than 30 minutes-most of the time-during rush hour.

Piper Glen Country Club is one of two clubs that offer Club Corp. membership. The other is the Firethorne Country Club. People that relocate from other areas of the country opt for one or the other with regards to their primary membership.
