River Run Country Club is a member-owned golf club in the pristine town of Davidson, North Carolina, located just North of Charlotte. This is a very active multi-generational community, and has something for everyone.
As an overview, The River Run Country Club features an exceptional 18-hole championship-level golf course, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), fitness facilities, swimming pools, a fitness center, a playground, a child care center, along with full bar and dining services.

If you like to walk or bike, you'll enjoy much the same, plus miles of walking trails that ultimately, connect to the local three mile greenway.
River Run Country Club is the perfect place for golf enthusiasts and their family. The club provides first-class facilities and exciting activities for all ages.
Members can participate from a wide variety of events such as holiday brunches, wine tasting, special dinners, golf clinics and fun activities for children.
With its impeccable amenities and welcoming atmosphere, River Run Country Club is also an ideal venue for golf tournaments and outings as well as casual get togethers.
The 18-hole River Run course at the River Run Country Club facility in Davidson, features 7317 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Designed by Robert C. Walker, 
the River Run golf course opened in 2008, the course features Bermuda fairways and greens.
The Carolina's handicap provider is GHIN, and golf members for River Run are required to carry a handicap card at the club. Of late, golf course improvements have been done on the driving range and creating a short-game practice area -
River Run is a ClubCorp Network member, this is an added benefit provided to all members at no additional cost. It gives members access to other clubs, as well as dining and entertainment packages outside of the River Run community.
Club Fitting Golf equipment, custom fitting and teaching go hand in hand. River Run has been an exclusive custom fitting site for major brands and has had for several years. They also offer Corporate club fitting days, and
Demo Days using the PGA tour fitting vans; video analysis is also available when fitting equipment.
The Club offers club/bag service. A call to the club will ensure that your clubs are on the golf cart, ready to go, when you are. Lockers, shoe cleaning and repair, spike replacement and valet dry cleaning services are also available.
If you are a tennis enthusiast, River Run is the club for you! Here you can play year round, and in major competitions.
The River Run Country Club has nine clay and three hard surface outdoor courts. It also has four indoor courts with LED lighting.
The Tennis Pro Shop is stocked with equipment, clothing and gear. For a break after the game, relax at the Slice Cafe and lounge area.
If you prefer Pickleball, three of the outdoor hardcoat courts have lines drawn specifically for Pickleball. for year-round use Adult and Junior Leagues Junior Tennis Academy Annual River Run/Jill Lake Tennis Pro Am.
River Run sun and water lovers, can enjoy the Jr. Olympic Pool.
It features a 27 foot waterslide, Lazy River, Children's Wading Pool and a Sundeck. 2017 brought in new pool furniture and resurfaced finish.
The Fitness Center has new state-of-the-art cardio equipment (2017) and new free weights.
This is a full service fitness center and includes a range of classes that include Yoga, Pilates and Spin Bike classes. Personal instruction is also available.
Child Care services are available Tuesday-Friday at the tennis clubhouse. Members take advantage of the service while playing tennis, working out in the gym or taking a class.
River Run Country Club offers both casual and fining dining venues as well as a new outdoor patio that overlooks the 18th green, with fire pits. The Executive Chef, along with the entire Food and Beverage team, create menus perfect for a variety of events – from weekday dining, to poolside snacks and special occasion dinners.
