Specific neighborhood amenities still vary by section, so buyers should distinguish between community-wide features and amenities belonging to a particular HOA.
The Palisades contains a broad range of residential options rather than one narrow type of home.
Buyers may encounter traditional single-family homes, larger luxury properties, gated enclaves, lower-maintenance options and homes positioned directly along the golf course.
Home age, builder, renovation level, lot size, neighborhood section, HOA structure and golf-course relationship can all influence value.
That makes current property-specific comparable sales far more useful than a broad Palisades-wide average.
